Our Safe Gaming Tools

Deposit Limit

Set a limit on how much money you can deposit per day, week, or month. Setting this limit keeps you safe from overspending. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit takes effect after 24 hours.

Time-Out Feature

Take a break from gaming for a set period — 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account will be temporarily locked. Taking a break is an important part of responsible gaming.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of your control, choose self-exclusion. Your account can be closed for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Contact us via live chat to activate this option.

Gaming History Review

Log in to your account to view your complete gaming and transaction history. Track how long you have played and how much you have deposited or withdrawn. Being aware of your own habits is the first step in responsible gaming.

Reality Check Reminder

At set intervals, cdn77 will remind you how long you have been playing. These reminders keep you aware of the time. You can decide for yourself whether to continue the session or take a break.

24/7 Support and Advice

Contact our Bengali live chat team at any time. We will help you confidentially with any gaming-related concerns. We can assist you in setting limits or pausing your account whenever needed.

Responsible Gaming FAQ

Log in to your account and go to the "Responsible Gaming" option in your profile settings. There you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. If you need any assistance, contact us via live chat.

Self-exclusion can be temporary or permanent. You can exclude your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. To reactivate after a set period has ended, you will need to contact our support team and complete a cooling-off period. Reactivation is not possible in the case of permanent exclusion.

A time-out is a temporary break — usually from 24 hours to 30 days. It is a relatively lighter tool. Self-exclusion is longer-term and stricter — from 6 months to permanent. If you have serious concerns about your gaming, self-exclusion is the right choice.

The minimum age to play on cdn77 is 21. Age is verified at the time of registration. You may be asked to submit an identity document on request. Protecting minors from gaming is one of our top priorities.

Yes. If you think a family member has a gaming problem, contact our support team. We will listen in confidence and guide you on the steps to take. Email us at [email protected] or speak to us via live chat.

Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires a 24-hour reflection period. This delay is intentional — to give you the opportunity to reconsider your decision. It is an important part of responsible gaming.
